Nostra has been established in 2004 and its Head Office in Limassol, Cyprus. Since then, Nostra has established offices in another 7 locations and has associates worldwide.

Nostra maintains a Quality Management System, assessed and registered against ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard.

Thanks to its technological know-how and its highly skilled personnel, Nostra Shipping Services has already achieved to extent its activities globally attracting a considerable market share in shipping.

Ms Sladja Aristodemou is the Registration Manager of Nostra Shipping Services and responsible of handling ship’s registration, company formations and representation of the company in all institutions and bodies.

Being part of the team since 2008, Sladja offers great value to the Company. Her native language is Serbian, Croatian and she speaks fluently English, Greek, Russian and Bulgarian.
Sladja graduated from the University of Serbia with a BA in Law. In addition to that, Sladja has attended multiple seminars such as Problem solving & Decision making for Managers as well as HRM-How to manage your personnel. She actively participates into the recruitment of new employees.

Sladja acts also as the Quality Manager of Nostra, ensuring that the quality management system complies with ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. Among others, she monitors compliance with applicable laws, non-conformances and corrective actions.

Sladja’s performance has been influential for Nostra in excellent record of customer relation and problem resolution. Sladja is recognized for her ability as a team player and overcoming difficulties in challenging moments.

Ms Katerina Chapeshi is the Registration Officer and responsible of handling ship’s registration and attestation letters and exceptions by the flags.

Katerina joined Nostra in 2014. When first joined the team, she had been handling seafarer’s certificates and she has over 6 years of such experience.

Katerina graduated from the Cyprus University of Technology with a BSc in Commerce Finance and Shipping.

Katerina can provide solutions to customers’ complex problems and manage her duties in an efficient and effective manner. Her greatest strength is my wiliness to learn new information and her ability to perfectly work as part of team.

Ms Valando Charalambous is the Seafarer’s Certification Officer of Nostra Shipping Services and responsible of Seafarer’s Certification such as crew endorsements, Seaman books and assistance in issuance of seafarers licenses.

Valando joined the team in 2021 and she is responsible also for preparing application forms, applying to Flag Administrations for Endorsements, WRC, CLC, BCC.

She graduated from the Frederick University in Cyprus with a Diploma in Business Administration. Valando has previously worked as an office Administrator for Insurance and IT system’s Companies, where the experience gained valuable to the administrative position.
Valando is really dedicated to her duties and by servicing Nostra clients she adds value for the Company.

Ms Antigoni Theodosiade is the Seafarer’s Certification Officer of Nostra Shipping Services and responsible of Seafarer’s Certification such as crew endorsements, Seaman books and assistance in issuance of seafarers licenses.

Antigoni joined the team in 2021 and she is responsible also for preparing application forms, applying to Flag Administrations for Endorsements, WRC, CLC, BCC.

She graduated from the University of Greece with a BA at Law. Antigoni has previously worked as an office Administrator for other Companies.

Antigoni is dedicated to serving Nostra clients and offer prompt response and service.

Ms Maria Katiri is the Accounts Manager of Nostra Shipping Services and responsible for clients’ accounts management and monthly/quarterly and annually financial reports, budgeting, and cash flow report.

Maria joined Nostra in 2012, Maria is a great advantage to the Company as she is multitasking and well organised.

Maria graduated from the University of Piraeus with a BSc in Financial Management and continued her studies in Cyprus University of Technology where she graduated with an MSc in Shipping and Finance. She also possesses an LCCI Diploma in Elementary, Intermediate and Higher Level.

Being an extra devoted employee, Maria can deliver and support clients to the maximum.
